Information on the processing of personal data on this website.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Controller
Silvra is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. You can find the full operator details in the legal notice (Impressum). You can reach us at any time at info@silvra.net.
2. General
This website processes personal data only where this is technically necessary for its operation. There is no tracking, no analysis of user behaviour, no advertising and no sharing of usage data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. No cookies, local storage
This website does not use cookies. Your choice of language, display mode (light/dark) and whether motion is paused is stored exclusively in your browser (local storage) and is not transmitted to us or to third parties. If you have not chosen a language, the website reads your browser’s language setting to show you the German or the English version; this too happens only locally in your browser, and nothing is transmitted.
4. Hosting and server log files
This website is served by GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. (USA). When you visit, GitHub processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, time, requested file, browser identifier) to deliver the page and secure the service. This data may be transferred to the USA. We do not receive or analyse it ourselves. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in delivering the website stably and securely (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
5. Fonts and images
All fonts and images on this website are delivered together with the website through GitHub Pages; no connection is made to Google Fonts or any other font service. Images are not loaded from image libraries or other external providers either.
6. External services and links
On the home page and the Helix page, your browser connects directly to the public interface of node.silvra.net to show the current state of the Helix network; your IP address is transmitted to that service in the process. This service is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which processes your IP address and technical connection data. Your browser may also send network error reports to Cloudflare (Network Error Logging). We have no control over other services we link to (e.g. Google Play, GitHub and Discord); the privacy policies of the respective providers apply exclusively to any data processing there.
7. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, the content of your message and the transmitted metadata (e.g. time, subject) solely to handle your request (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Your data is not shared with third parties.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your stored personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability. You may object to the processing at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. Contact us at info@silvra.net for this.
9. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy if the website or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies.
