Mission

What is intercepted today can be read later

We build digital infrastructure prepared for quantum computers — originating in Europe.

01Our approach

Post-quantum cryptography from the start — built in while a project is young enough to do so without breaking anything.

A

Key exchange and signatures on today’s internet mostly rest on RSA or elliptic curves. A sufficiently large quantum computer breaks both; nobody knows when one will exist.

B

That is why, wherever we have the choice, we rely on the schemes the US standards institute NIST standardised in 2024: ML-KEM (FIPS 203), ML-DSA (FIPS 204) and SLH-DSA (FIPS 205).

C

The second motive: Europe should have alternatives of its own — software developed here, subject to European law and actually usable day to day.

02How we work

What we hold ourselves to

What you can expect

  • Open about gaps

What is not finished yet is in our documentation — not only when someone asks.

  • No selling of data

We have no business model based on reselling usage data. And no ad space.

  • Developed in the EU

Silvra works from the EU and is subject to European law. Where other providers’ services are involved, we name them in the privacy policy.

What we do not promise

  • No finished products for every purpose

We build two products — and build them thoroughly, instead of many things by halves.

  • No deadlines we cannot keep

What is finished goes live. What is not gets no date.

  • No security claims without proof

Where a scheme is still classical rather than post-quantum secure, the inventory on the home page and the product page list it.
